USAGE AREAS
It is used as plaster mortar on the surfaces of aerated concrete and similar building elements with high water absorption on interior and exterior facades.

ADVANTAGES
It has high adhesion strength. It does not require primer before application. Once set, it is resistant to frost, water and harsh weather conditions.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and free from loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. The surface must be moistened before application. It should be saturated with water in very hot and windy weather.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
25 kg of NESCOAT AERATED CONCRETE KNITTING MORTAR is slowly poured into 5.5-6 liters of water at an ambient temperature between +5 °C and +35 °C and mixed with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. -Mixed for 5 minutes. After the mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. The prepared mortar is applied to the surface with a steel trowel, at least 0.5 cm and at most 1 cm on the first layer, and the second layer is applied to the surface after the first layer has set, with a total thickness not exceeding 2 cm. Expired and crusted mortar should not be used. The surface is polished to obtain a smooth surface. After application, the surface should be moistened at intervals for 2-3 days.

It is a 25 kg kraft bag. (PE reinforced)
64 bags with shrink wrap on a pallet (106×106 cm).

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 2 pallets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
