USAGE AREAS
It is used in all kinds of concrete repairs and as an epoxy mortar on natural stone, steel, metal, aluminum, polyester, wood and epoxy-based materials, as an adhesive for sprout planting, anchors and fasteners.

ADVANTAGES
It is a very easy material to apply. It is impermeable to water and gas. It is resistant to chemicals and abrasion. Provides excellent adherence to concrete. It gains mechanical strength very quickly. It does not shrink.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and free of loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. If repairs are to be made to cracks and cavities, the cracks and cavities should be widened and cleaned with compressed air before application. The expanded holes should be 6 mm wider than the reinforcement to be planted. The application surface must have a compressive strength of 30 N/mm2 and the upper surface must have an adhesion strength of 1.5 N/mm2.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
At ambient temperature between +10°C and +35°C, 2.5 kg of component A and 2.5 kg of component B of NESCOAT EPOXY RESIN BASED ANCHOR REPAIR MORTAR are mixed with a low speed mixer for 2 minutes until they become homogeneous. It is applied with a suitable material according to the area of ​​use.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 4 buckets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
