Fine Machine Plaster

USAGE AREAS
It is used indoors and outdoors, on walls and ceilings, on surfaces such as brick, aerated concrete, concrete, exposed concrete, pumice and briquette. It can be used on all surfaces where rough plaster and subsequent fine plaster will be applied, without the need for both applications.

ADVANTAGES
It saves time and labor. It provides easy and fast application both by machine and by hand. Since it is a fabricated mortar, it offers continuity of quality compared to black plaster. Since it provides high adherence to the surface, it provides an application with less fallback loss compared to black plaster and does not sag. Since its water absorbency value is lower than rough plaster, it is less affected by climatic conditions and provides a more durable structure. The perlite it contains enables the formation of a mortar with lower bulk density, thus reducing the load on the building. Its thermal insulation value is higher than traditional plasters, thus helping to save energy. It is recommended for surfaces that have damaged mold surfaces and on which plastering is required.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean of anti-adhesion substances such as dust, oil, paint, curing material, lime, detergent, mold oils and silicone. The surface must be moistened before application and must be saturated with water in very hot and windy weather. Surfaces with high water absorbency, such as exposed concrete, should be primed with NESCOAT LATEX MULTIPURPOSE PRIMER at least 12 hours before application.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
40 kg of NESCOAT THIN MACHINE PLASTER is added into approximately 7-8 liters of clean water and mixed preferably with a low speed mixer or trowel until there are no lumps. The prepared mortar is left to mature for 5 - 10 minutes and is mixed again and used. The prepared mortar is sprinkled on the entire surface in equal thickness with a spraying machine or applied by hand. After application, the surface is leveled with a smoothing gauge. Thick plaster application should not exceed 1.5 cm in a single layer and 3 cm in total. The plaster that begins to harden should be smoothed by polishing with a trowel.

PACKAGING
It is a 40 kg kraft bag. (PE reinforced)

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It can be stored for 12 months in moisture-free environments and in its unopened packaging on a pallet with a 10-layer stack.
