DEFINITION
NESCOAT MS POLYMER is a pure polymer with excellent properties produced with the latest technology. It has a ready-to-use, UV resistant, shiny, hard elastic structure. It is used as an exterior insulation material on terraces, roofs, balconies and wet areas, on concrete, screed, plaster, wood and metal surfaces where spray polyurethane thermal insulation has been applied. usage areas
It is used for basic balcony insulation, wet volume and foundation curtain insulation, exterior facades, sloping roofs and sloping wooden roofs, on old bituminous problematic insulation, cement-based surfaces on concrete floors, and for waterproofing on the edges of streams, chimneys and parapets.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and dry, free of loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. Damaged surfaces, cracks and fractures should be repaired 24 hours beforehand with NESCOAT thin repair mortar and NESCOAT thick repair mortar. Roof slopes should be at a level to prevent surface ponding. Before application, NESCOAR MS POLYMER ADDITIVE MATERIAL, diluted with 1/4 water, should be applied to the surface as a primer.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
After the primer coat dries, NESCOAT MS POLYMER ADDED MATERIAL is applied to the surface in 2 coats horizontally and 2 coats vertically, without diluting with water, using a brush or roller at ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C. You should wait 5-6 hours between coats, depending on the temperature, and wait for the lower coat to dry before moving on to the next coat. The brush direction on each layer should be perpendicular to each other. Applied surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, wind and frost for 3-7 days.

WARNING: Rain, water, mechanical impacts, etc. during and after application. should be protected from external factors for 48 hours

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 2 pallets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
