SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and free from loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. Damaged surfaces, cracks and fractures should be repaired 24 hours beforehand with NESCOAT thin repair mortar and NESCOAT thick repair mortar. The surface must be moistened before applying the adhesive. A suitable NESCOAT Surface Primer should be applied before application to surfaces with high liquid absorption such as gypsum plaster, plasterboard, and old ceramic coated surfaces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
25 kg of NESCOAT HIGH PERFORMANCE GRANITE CERAMIC ADHESIVE is slowly poured into 6-7 liters of water at an ambient temperature between + 5°C and + 35°C, and mixed with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. is mixed. After the prepared mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. The mortar spread with the flat side of the trowel is notched with a notched trowel suitable for the tile dimensions. Ceramics should be adhered to the combed mortar within 20 minutes. Expired and crusted mortar should not be used. For a good bonding process, the air behind the ceramic must be expelled with the help of a rubber hammer. Joint gaps can be filled with NESCOAT Joint Filler Mortar 24 hours after gluing.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
