usage areas
In highway and bridge joints, in industrial field concrete joints, in joints of water channels and flumes, in building joints narrower than 3.5 cm, in hospitals, residences, shopping malls, on exterior window and door joinery edges, in concrete, brick, wood, metal, aluminum It is used in construction joints of PVC building elements. In parapet joints between precast wall panels, it is resistant to weather conditions and water, and resistant to UV rays.

ADVANTAGES
It is a one-component, ready-to-use product, can be painted, does not require a primer, and is perfectly compatible with concrete, stone, metal, wood and other construction materials. It can be easily used for waterproofing purposes in prefabricated gutters, gutters, reinforced concrete roofs, hidden streams, joints and joint details due to its ease of use.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid and dry, and weak parts must be removed from the surface. It is not applied to damp surfaces. Joints; Before application, it should be thoroughly cleaned with a wire brush, spiral or sandblasting, and the joint gap should be cleaned of dust by spraying air.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Masking tape is applied to the upper parts of the joints, avoiding the middle. This application must be done in order to prevent the mastic from smearing around and to ensure that it comes out properly. It is used with a cartridge/sausage gun/muzzle-loading gun to press the mastic into the joint. After NESCOAT POLYURETHANE BASED SINGLE COMPONENT JOINT MASTIC is placed inside the sausage gun, the end of the package is opened. The tip of the cannula is adjusted according to the joint opening to be applied. By pressing the trigger of the sausage gun, the polyurethane sealant peeled from its packaging is allowed to move forward. 3-5 minutes after the mastic hardens, the gloved index finger is dipped into the soap. Then, by moving back and forth on the applied mastic, the surface is ensured to be smooth. After this process is completed, the masking tape is removed and thrown away.
