DEFINITION
It is a cement-based, polymer-added tile and ceramic adhesive with high adhesion strength and reduced slip properties.

usage areas
It is used for horizontal and vertical adhesion of ceramics and tiles to cement-based plaster and screed surfaces in interior spaces.

ADVANTAGES
It is easy to prepare and apply. Provides appropriate working time. It does not slip in vertical applications. It has high adhesion properties.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and free of loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. Damaged surfaces, cracks and fractures should be repaired 24 hours beforehand with NESCOAT thin repair mortar and NESCOAT thick repair mortar. The surface must be moistened before applying the adhesive.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
25 kg of NESCOAT TILE AND CERAMIC ADHESIVE is slowly poured into 6-7 liters of water at an ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C and mixed with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. . After the prepared mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. The mortar spread with the flat side of the trowel is notched with a notched trowel suitable for the tile dimensions. Ceramics should be adhered to the combed mortar within 20 minutes. Expired and crusted mortar should not be used. For a good bonding process, the air behind the ceramic must be expelled with the help of a rubber hammer. Joint gaps can be filled with a suitable NESCOAT JOINT FILLER MORTAR 24 hours after gluing.

PACKAGING
It is a 25 kg kraft bag. (PE reinforced)
64 bags with shrink wrap on a pallet (106×106 cm).

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 2 pallets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
