DEFINITION
Transparent, adherence-enhancing, ready-to-use transparent binder primer.

usage areas
Cement-based plasters are used as a primer on exposed concrete surfaces, old, dusty surfaces and plaster surfaces to prevent dust and increase adherence. It also prevents the paint from fading due to sunlight after painting and adds shine to the paint.

ADVANTAGES
It does not form a film layer. It is applied by impregnating the surface. It is transparent. Provides strong adherence. It adds shine to matte paints.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean, dry, smooth and solid. Contaminants stuck to the surface must be removed by sandblasting or grinding.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NESCOAT PRIMARY TRANSPARENT BINDER should be mixed thoroughly without dilution until it becomes homogeneous and applied to the surface in a single layer with a brush or roller. Paint and coating application should be started 12 hours after applying NESCOAT PRIMARY TRANSPARENT BINDER. Ambient and surface temperature should be at least 5°C during application and for the following 24 hours.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 4 buckets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
