USAGE AREAS
It is used to quickly stop leakage or pressurized water coming from holes and cracks in cement-based surfaces and exposed concrete, foundations, basements, elevator shafts, water tanks, pools and concrete pipes before insulation.

ADVANTAGES
It is easy to apply. It has high adhesion strength. It is a plug that sets suddenly without shrinkage. It has high compressive strength. Any kind of waterproofing material can be applied on it. It is resistant to corrosive water, sulfate water and sea water.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and dry, free of loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. Cracks and gaps should be scraped to a width and depth of 2 cm and cleaned of loose parts. In holes with large diameters, the perimeter of the hole is first closed and the hole size is reduced.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 kg. NESCOAT QUICK SETTING WATER PLUG 0.25 lt in a clean container. It is mixed with clean water and kneaded quickly by hand and the mortar is brought to dough consistency. Rubber gloves should be worn before starting the application. The dough-like mortar should be applied by hand to the area where there is water leakage and waited for at least 2 minutes. The surface is then smoothed with a trowel and prepared for insulation.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 2 pallets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
