ADVANTAGES
It provides ease of application thanks to its fluid feature. It gains strength very quickly. It can be opened to traffic after 1 hour. Since it does not shrink, its usage area is wide. It does not decompose and does not vomit water. It has high hardness and wear resistance. Since it has very high adherence, it works monolithically with old concrete. It is resistant to various chemicals, oils and acids. Since it does not contain metal, it is not affected by moisture. It is resistant to freezing and thawing.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, smooth, solid and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent and similar substances and wastes that prevent adhesion. If there are cracks or holes on the floor or wall to be applied, they should be repaired with appropriate NESCOAT repair mortars. Application of NESCOAT VERY FAST SETTING FLUID GROUT REPAIR MORTAR should be started after 3-4 days. Cement slurry and weakened parts should be removed, and there should be no materials such as oil, dirt and rust on the surface. Absorbent surfaces should be wetted beforehand, but there should be no puddles or drops left.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3 - 4 liters of clean, clear water at normal environmental temperature is placed in a clean container that is free of any substances that prevent adhesion. NESCOAT VERY FAST SETTING FLUID GROUT REPAIR MORTAR, in powder form and in a 25 kg bag, is poured into a container filled with water. It is mixed with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Mixing time should be minimum 1 minute. The mortar obtained at the end of the process is quickly placed in place. After the material reacts, it should not be mixed again by adding water. The prepared mixture should be placed in its place within 2.5 minutes, depending on the air temperature and the amount of water. In order to fill the bottom of the gaps that are surrounded on four sides and covered, NESCOAT VERY FAST SETTING FLUID GROUT REPAIR should be poured from one side. Thus, it prevents the formation of cavities by expelling the air. To accelerate the flow, it can be pushed from one side with a long piece of iron during casting.

Casting thickness should be between 10 - 60 mm as layer thickness at a time. If it is to be used in filling cylindrical small diameter anchors, it is recommended to make a preliminary test. In applications thicker than 60 mm, 5 - 12 mm diameter aggregate can be added at the rate of 30% of the material. Aggregate addition is done in two ways; Aggregate is added into the mortar. This process is continued until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The aggregate is poured or laid on the ground to be applied. Then, the mixture is poured onto the prepared NESCOAT VERY FAST SETTING FLUID GROUT REPAIR. Self-leveling mortar also allows us to obtain high-strength concrete by surrounding the entire aggregate.
