USAGE AREAS
It can be used safely on large and open concrete surfaces, airstrips, aprons and parking areas, concrete highways, dams, terraces, retaining walls, columns and beams, any concrete that needs curing and following floor hardener applications.

ADVANTAGES
It reduces the possibility of shrinkage cracks and strength losses by preventing sudden water losses. It does not leave any stains on the surface and distributes homogeneously. It reduces surface dust. Increases surface wear resistance. It is easy to apply and eliminates irrigation and similar expensive methods.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc., and similar substances and wastes that prevent adhesion. Weak parts on the surface should be removed. Cement slurry and weakened parts should be removed, and there should be no materials such as oil, dirt and rust on the surface. Absorbent surfaces should be wetted beforehand, but there should be no puddles or drops left.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NESCOAT LATEX MULTIPURPOSE PRIMER should be mixed very well before use. The application of the material is done after the concrete and surface hardener applications, when the concrete surface has set enough to not be distorted, or before the joint cutting, immediately after the molds are removed. It is sprayed with a mechanical pulverizer to form a thin and homogeneous layer. The best results are achieved with a one-piece coating application that provides an uninterrupted and continuous spray. Material accumulation and ponding that may occur during application should be removed with the help of a sponge or roller. Following application, the concrete surface should be protected from rain for 2-3 hours. Joint cutting should not be started before the curing material dries. Otherwise, flying dust will freeze with the material on the surface and may leave stains that are difficult to clean. If epoxy or polyurethane coating will be applied later on the surface on which NESCOAT LATEX MULTI-PURPOSE PRIMER is applied, the film layer should be cleaned with pressurized water, sandblasting or solvent.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It is 12 months from the date of production when stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost.
