USAGE AREAS
It is used as a leveling screed in interior spaces on concrete floors and cement-based screeds before the final coat (under ceramic, marble, natural stone, parquet, carpet and PVC coatings).

ADVANTAGES
It is easy to prepare and apply. It spreads spontaneously and reaches the scale. It can be pumped.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and free from loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. Damaged surfaces, cracks and breaks should be repaired in advance. After the cement bound floors are wetted with water before application, they are primed with NESCOAT LATEX MULTI-PURPOSE PRIMER to increase the life time and adherence of the material and reduce air bubbles.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
25 kg of NESCOAT SELF-LEVELING SCREED is slowly poured into 7-7.5 liters of water at an ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C and mixed with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. . After the prepared mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. The mixture is spread on the surface with a notched trowel or rubber squeegee within 20 minutes. In order to obtain a smooth and monolithic surface coating, continuous application is required. Depending on the size of the application area, more than one mixture should be prepared and poured onto the application surface one after the other to ensure surface integrity. Water should not be added during setting, air on the surface should be removed with a hedgehog roller. NESCOAT SELF-LEVELING LEVELING SCREED should be protected from rapid water loss depending on weather conditions. After application, at least 3 days should be waited for moisture-sensitive coating (PVC floor covering, linoleum, parquet, carpet, etc.).
