DEFINITION
It is a paraffin-based, liquid concrete curing material that prevents rapid water loss in concrete. Complies with ASTM C 309–81 / ASTM C 309 Type 2 Class B, A Standard.
usage areas
It is used in pre-stressed beams and piles, in all kinds of engineering structures such as parking lots, garages, material warehouses, factories, shopping malls with heavy human traffic, highways, dams, subways, tunnels, bridges, industrial buildings, aircraft hangars, helipads, etc. It is used in places.
ADVANTAGES
It reduces cracking caused by plastic shrinkage, helps concrete to be better hydrated with the film layer it forms, minimizes shrinkage, reduces dust on the surface, increases frost resistance, and is a more effective and economical alternative to curing methods such as burlap, wire or irrigation. It is suitable for application in closed areas. It is easy to apply. It is solvent-free, so it does not harm human health like solvent-based curing materials.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Application on horizontal surfaces should be done immediately after the perspiration water on the surface disappears and the desired surface smoothing operations are completed (wait between 0.5 and 2 hours depending on the temperature). It should be applied on vertical surfaces after molding. If in doubt, test on a small area first.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is ready for use. Do not apply when rain is expected. Splashes of solvent salt or sea water may cause loss of gloss or color change.
PACKAGING
