SURFACE PREPARATION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
20 kg of NESCOAT SILICONE FLEX JOINT FILLER MORTAR is slowly poured into 6-6.5 liters of water at ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C, and mixed with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. is mixed. After the prepared mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. Care should be taken to ensure that the adhesive is cured before application. The mortar is filled onto the surface with a rubber spatula, first in parallel and then in diagonal movements, and the excess is scraped off the surface. Depending on the ambient temperature, the surface is cleaned with a damp sponge before the material loses its water and dries completely (after 20-30 minutes).
