SURFACE PREPARATION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

After the prepared mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. Care should be taken to ensure that the adhesive is cured before application. The mortar is filled onto the surface with a rubber spatula, first in parallel and then in diagonal movements, and the excess is scraped off the surface. Depending on the ambient temperature, the surface is cleaned with a damp sponge before the material loses its water and dries completely (after 20-30 minutes). Residues remaining on the surface should be cleaned with a dry cloth while NESCOAT SILICONE FLEX JOINT FILLER is wet. In order to prevent damage to colored joint fillers, cleaning materials such as bleach, salt alcohol, and lime remover should not be applied to the joints.
