USAGE AREAS
It is used on horizontal and vertical surfaces, outdoors, walls and ceilings, on surfaces such as aerated concrete, brick, concrete, pumice and briquette.

ADVANTAGES
It is easy to prepare and apply. Provides appropriate working time. It does not sag or slide in vertical applications. It has high adherence feature. It is compatible with outdoor conditions. It has high resistance to freezing, thawing and water.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The application surface must be clean and free of loose surfaces and dust that may prevent adhesion. Damaged surfaces, cracks and fractures should be repaired 24 hours beforehand with NESCOAT REPAIR MORTAR thin repair mortar and NESCOAT REPAIR MORTAR thick repair mortar. Before exposed concrete applications, the surface should be primed with NESCOAT GROSS CONCRETE PRIMER. The surface must be moistened before application. In large areas, outlines should be created using leveling laths, and plaster profiles should be used in the corners.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
40 kg of NESCOAT ROUGH MACHINE PLASTER is slowly poured into 6-7 liters of water at an ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C and mixed with a low speed mixer (400-600 rpm) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After the prepared mortar rests for 5-10 minutes, it is mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application. It should be applied by sprayer or by hand and sprinkled evenly over the entire surface. After application, the surface should be leveled with a smoothing gauge. Thick plaster application should not exceed 1.5 cm in a single layer and 3 cm in total. The plaster that has started to harden must be smoothed by polishing it with a trowel without delay. In very high temperature weather; On surfaces exposed to direct sun, the surface is moistened for 24 hours after application. Afterwards, the application surface should be kept moist for 1 week. In very low temperatures; Application should not be made on surfaces that are at risk of freezing and exposed to wind until conditions improve. The mixture in the container should be consumed within 2 – 3 hours.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 2 pallets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
