USAGE AREAS

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, and free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc., and similar substances and wastes that prevent adhesion. There should be no puddles, moisture or dampness on the concrete floor. It must be a dry ground and the concrete surface humidity must be below 4%. It should be prepared by cleaning with appropriate mechanical surface preparation techniques such as high pressure water jet, vacuum, roughening, sandblasting.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour component B into component A. Mix with a low-speed electric mixer until the cloudy mixture reaches a completely homogeneous appearance. Then pour the mixture into a suitable container and add component C slowly and continuously. Continue mixing for at least 2 minutes until a homogeneous and fluid mortar is obtained.
Application Method / Equipment: The prepared mixture should be poured and placed within 3 minutes, depending on air temperature and environmental conditions. NESCOAT THREE COMPONENT IMPACT RESISTANT EPOXY GROUT MORTAR should be poured from one side to fill the bottom of the gaps that are surrounded on four sides and covered. Thus, it prevents the formation of cavities by expelling the air. In order to accelerate the flow, it can be pushed from one side with a long piece of iron during casting.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It should be placed in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, with a maximum of 4 buckets on top of each other. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date under appropriate storage conditions.
